Even if it fails, it'll fail a heck of a lot more poetically than any tome of legislation pretending that real money is play money ever could.

Much wisdom at the link, but this bit stuck: Let’s be frank: teetotalers are a pessimistic and morbid lot.
Not to mention generally joyless, preachy, and just flat-frickin' obnoxious. There are exceptions to the rule, of course... but for the most part? Too true.
